Hunter Sledd is a Richmond native with extensive experience in sales and marketing over a 40+ year career. He attended Baylor University and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Hunter entered residential real estate in 1985 and joined IsaBell K. Horsley Real Estate, Ltd. after relocating to the Northern Neck in 2007. He holds CRS and GRI designations and has been a multi-million dollar producer over his career.

Hunter has a particular interest in waterfront property and is a founding member of the Northern Neck Master Gardeners Shoreline Evaluation Program. In that capacity he does evaluations of shoreline issues for homeowners and makes research-based recommendations to help control erosion. He is a member of both the Northern Neck and Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Associations of Realtors.
