A Virginian originally from McLean and Richmond, Rosemary has called the Chesapeake Bay area home since 2009. She and her family bought waterfront land in Mathews in 1996 and eventually designed and built their home, a dream realized and a lifestyle changed.

She has found that her decades working in the film business as a makeup artist, production coordinator, and producer have given her a set of skills that translate surprisingly well to being a Realtor. A keen eye for detail and presentation, coordinating and timing schedules, and pulling together the various professionals intrinsic to a complex process, are all significant in achieving the overall goal in mind, be it a film or purchasing or selling a home. She has been a Realtor working in this area since 2014 and enjoys showing people around the beautiful counties and small towns, each with a unique personality.

Rosemary was also a small business owner in Mathews selling locally sourced foods, which has given her a special insight into the local communities and the abundance it has to offer. She and her husband have a son Max and daughter-in-law Tory, both lawyers in NYC, who love coming home and relaxing, eating oysters they farm, crabs caught from the dock and soaking in the delicious pace of life with resident lab Buddy.
