Eva Vincil first came to the beautiful Northern Neck area in 1980 when she fell in love with the sheer beauty of this region. Her four children are all natives of the Northern Neck. A current resident of Cobbs Creek, Eva loves the people, the culture, and of course the Rivah and the Bay! She loves the beautiful, pristine waterways and canoes them frequently.
As a semi-retired operating room nurse specializing in robotic surgery, Eva is asked, “Why does a nurse want to be in real estate?” She replies that she has always had a passion to help others and has always loved the old homes of Virginia. Having a vast knowledge of early homes in Virginia, her retirement job only made sense. She explains that the first homes in America originated in the Mobjack Bay area, and how exciting to be a part of history!
Eva remembers first moving to the area and living at ‘Woodchip’ on the Woodport Estate in Middlesex County, overlooking the Piankatank River. This is where her life collided with IsaBell Horsley, as she recalls buying her first home through IsaBell’s son, Nelson Horsley. She was so impressed with the Horsley firm that when she received her real estate license 39 years later, she just had to join them!
With a deep commitment to help people, Eva is dedicated to providing excellent service to her clients in guiding them through their real estate decisions. Her goal is to provide the best possible buying or selling experience with your real estate transaction!
