Neena has spent a lifetime on the Chesapeake Bay and her tributaries. Neena and her husband, a semi-retired veterinarian, relocated from Annapolis, Maryland in 1997 to pursue their passion for sailing. Neena already had a successful 20-year career in marketing and advertising multi-family housing in the Baltimore and Washington regions and wanted to continue working in real estate on Virginia’s Chesapeake Bay. Today, one of her gifts as a successful Virginia Realtor is knowing her market by water as well as she knows the property by land. Neena resides on Fishing Bay in Deltaville and enjoys spending any free time aboard the current family vessel, “Sloopless” and racing their catboat “Paws”. The Rodgers savor time on the water with their children and grandchildren, who reside in Annapolis, Texas, and New Hampshire. Neena is an accomplished horsewoman, competitive sailor, and has extensive cruising experience from the East Coast to the Bahamas. She is a Cum Laude graduate of American University in Washington, DC.

David Dew, a native of Richmond, Virginia, came from a banking world before moving into real estate full-time. David is a graduate of Douglas S. Freeman High School and Randolph-Macon College. David got his real estate license straight out of college in 2001 and went into the mortgage banking world. He was married in 2003 to Katie Horsley, granddaugher of Isabell, and they decided to move to the Northern Neck. There David worked with the Bank of Lancaster as a loan originator and then as a branch manager. David showed great leadership skills along with his loan knowledge. David went into full-time real estate in 2006, and he and his wife work as a team. David received his broker license in 2008.
David still shows great leadership skills as he helps manage the Horsley firm and is the managing broker for Horsley’s White Stone branch office, and is dedicated to promoting the Horsley team and being resourceful to the agents at Horsley. David also has been involved in many organizations and boards throughout the years, from the Rotary Club, White Stone Business Association, Northern Neck Association of Realtors, Bank of Lancaster board and many others. .
