We know the unique details of the area:  Not just any agent can do a CMA (comparative market analysis) in our area.  Why?  Our area is unique!  The water depths, views, and location all play a role in determining the appropriate price for a property.  In a city, one might easily do a CMA by comparing a few cookie-cutter properties on the same street.  Here, we must search homes that have sold in the last 12 months that are similar to that specific home. This takes time, attention to detail, and really knowing our market.  The prices differ in each county, town, and waterway. At Horsley, we give you a fair market analysis of a property.
  6.
