Windmill Bay View, with endless views on Fleets Bay overlooking the mouth of Antipoison Creek and quick access to the Chesapeake Bay – these views are stunning!  Fabulous sunrises, best harvest moon rises, bay breezes, great waterfowl all along this sand beach shoreline.  Currently the property does not have a pier, but purchaser could easily install one to 2-4′ MLW. This area has great boating for cruising, fishing, or playing on the water.  Enjoy the private sand beach, kayaking, and more just outside your door.  This property has 4.8 acres with woods toward the roadside and a nice level yard around the home to the shore.

The solid brick home is one level with hardwood floors.  The formal Living Room (currently a game room) is off the foyer and opens to the formal Dining Room with access to the Kitchen. The Family Room has a wood burning fireplace and waterfront views through the Sunroom.  There is a waterfront Master Suite with an adjoining full bathroom, plus three guest rooms. This home would make a perfect getaway, AirBnB (no restrictions) or full time place to live.

Great location near towns of White Stone, Irvington or Kilmarnock.  Only a few minutes to Windmill Point Marina, with a seasonal outdoor restaurant and a 5′ MLW draft marina with boat ramp and fuel.  Only an hour+ to Richmond, Williamsburg, Newport News or two+ hours to Northern Virginia or Charlottesville.  The Northern Neck is rich in history and full of locally owned shops and dining.
